It tough going for the reigning champions as they are still failing to put their acts together and have recorded their eighth defeat of the season.
The Visitors opened the flood gates after 53miutes through Blessings Malinda and two minutes later, Bullets leveled the scores through Ernest Petro.
Civil Service United stood firm and managed to contain Bullets and they managed to secure a point and now have 15 points on position 11.
Bullets are now on sixth positon with 17 points and have a 13-point gap to leaders, Silver and their poor run form continues for both home and away games
